What is pause108?

pause108 is a simple tool to bring you back to what matters to you.

It's an invitation to encounter something in your experience of life in a way only you can.

pause108 doesn't fill that space; it points towards something that might not otherwise get your attention.

How does it work?

Over the three weeks of your trial, you'll receive two SMS invitations each week, each containing a link to a 108-second experience.

How much of your time you give it is entirely up to you; and as each new invitation replaces the previous one, there's nothing to catch up on.

At the end of three weeks, we'll ask whether you'd like to keep having pause108 in your life. If you reply "YES", nothing will change; if you reply "NO", you won't hear from us.

What does it cost?

The three-week trial is always free. If you join the launch group by 31 January 2027, you'll be offered a free subscription until 31 May 2027.

After your free period, pause108 costs $1.08 per week, billed every four weeks ($4.32). A paid subscription starts with a "YES" and confirmed payment.

What information do you collect?

We collect only what we need to deliver pause108.

When you sign up, our SMS delivery partner assigns you a subscriber number — we don't have direct access to your mobile number or any personal information.

Can I stop receiving pause108?

Yes. You can cancel at any time by replying "CANCEL" to any pause108 SMS. There are no cancellation fees.
